Sturgeon are Here

May 28th, 2009 yesterday was the best overall bit for Sturgeon on the lower Columbia River!! We see fish moving from the transition water into the flats, groves and holding water looking for food these fish have just come out of winter slow bite and are feeding hard the last 72 hours.

Fishing through out the lower river is producing today and we had ours by 8:30.

Freesh Anchovies, Shrimp are the go to baits with everyones secret cure bait working as well. We have been curing Squid in Pautzke's Fire Krill and nectar and have seen very agressive bites this week.

Call for updates fishing reports and conditions anytime. We also have a few seats available for those looking to get fresh sturgeon for the year and to also learn the area to fish later in their own boat.
We are fishing Quantum 9' 15-50 rods witn Fin-Nor reels awesome reels, loaded with 65lb sufix. Great fun something for every aged angler and a great family trip.
Tight lines
